Refund policy

Returns Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. 

 

Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 

Refunds Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at shipping@shniffpetcare.com.

USA Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
